please note I'm a introverted extrovert, so i need time to myself to recharge and rest, it helps so socializing doesn't burn me out~
Also as it says in some profiles, i am a parent first & foremost my little person is my main priority,♡ so my work ethic and when I'm online can be a bit random as schedules go, we are trying to sort this all out now that our little person is older and in school~ ♡^{i been mainly keeping to myself, very focused on learning how to help my brain with situations so they can be handled maturely, safely and hopefully with as little hiccups for me and the people involved as possible. I'm atm working to change myself/brain chemistry to help it progress, improve and change, heal old habits, triggers and pains so they don't pop up all the time~ ♡}

COMMISSIONS^{• Please send me CLEAR references of your character, so nothing is missed. make sure there's clear color pallet/ way to obtain color.}^{• Modifications can only be made at the sketching stage before color is added}^{• I reserve the right not to accept your commission {ex. it's something that I cannot draw or makes me feel uncomfortable.}}^{• I have ADHD, memory problems and processing problems, so I may miss a request or get something incorrect in a commission. Please tell me if I forgot something or if something is wrong and I will fix it asap ♡}^{• 2 free edits are allowed, every edit thereafter is +$10 per edit.
If I miss a detail from the provided reference you will NOT be charged extra for the edit. (Ex: Forgot ears, tail, main hair braid ect.)}^{• All of my commission are up front and payment is due within 24 hours of commissioning unless otherwise discussed ♡ (I won’t start until I receive full payment)}^{• I offer full refunds before work has been started, but once work has started I will only refund a portion of the comm. If a Blacklisted individual gifts, sells, or trades my designs they aren't allowed to put a tos on them/ retrieve them again.{ex promise back}}^{• You may change or edit the design, just please do not alter/change any of my designs to the point where it is unrecognizable or made too imitate another design someone has made or owns.}^{• Do not delete my designs from TH, if they are not properly credited they may be reuploaded/stolen.{ex.Smol-Sprout, Choco-cupcake-sweeti, ittymeadow, my-little-universe, lost-forest-fawn, Nymphvi, FairyyFleur, Elfaelyn, Miniitaiyo and/or MaidenDearest. using a link}}^{• Your not allowed to upsell/trade a design I made for more then what is put into them/you got for them.}^{• You MUST ask/tell me before co-owning my designs, or making new TH profiles. Its important to tell me who the main owner is to avoid confusion in the future. The older profile will be assumed the main owner of the design.}^{• You may not edit / alter / change my artwork without my permission. Do not edit any actual drawings of the character without asking beforehand.}^{• You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.}^{• All designs must stay one character. You may not make “siblings”/twin, or family characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet. and you may not sell alt versions of the design seprately.}- - - - - - - - -

BLACKLIST^{• Please do not sell any of my designs to these people, contact on my behalf, or harass them. They are all aware they are blackisted.}^{• This is a list made for individuals who have gone against my ToS or done something that makes it important to blacklist them from accessing my designs, art or services. In other words if I don't wish to work with anyone, due to actions/ being disrespectful, I have the right to blacklist you.}^{• This blacklist is made to be acknowledged by anyone purchasing my art/designs. Do not sell my designs to these individuals. Do not commission me for anything meant to be for these individuals. If they gift, sell, trade, ect. my designs they aren't allowed to put a tos on them/ retrieve them again.
