⊹˙⋆ Payments are accepted through paypal in USD only. I ask for payment up front before I start.⊹˙⋆ My commission openings are never first come first serve, i enjoy choosing for the ideas or inspiration.⊹˙⋆ 𝗗𝗡𝗜 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 ⋅ lbtq+phobic, racist, ablest, zoo, groomer, pedo, ect. I NEVER work with you. PLEASE leave here is the door- 🚪⊹˙⋆ you MUST be 18+ to commission me, if i find out you're not, you'll be blocked and blacklisted.⊹˙⋆ DO NOT HARASS BLACKLISTED USERS. If i find out you're harassing them, you'll be blocked and blacklisted.⊹˙⋆ Obviously my work isn't to be used for AI, I don't want my artwork used that way, i doubt any artist does.⊹˙⋆ My turn around time varies, I will always do my best to keep you updated on your commission status. {Type of commission, details and pose can come into play check trello if your worried I usually keep it updated ♡}⊹˙⋆ You are free to reupload my work as long as you give credit.⊹˙⋆ You are not allowed to erase or cut my watermark/signature.⊹˙⋆ You are not allowed to edit or alter my artwork without my personal permission. {If you ask I may edit it for you}⊹˙⋆ Under no circumstances can commissions, trades or designs be bought/claimed for any blacklisted individuals.

⊹˙⋆ If you wish to use the commission for commercial use, you MUST tell beforehand, added costs may apply.⊹˙⋆ I will assume that I can post or make use of the artwork unless you as the COMMISSIONER says otherwise.⋅⊱I may be able to work with quick deadlines, but additional charges may be added. Please specify first thing if this is something you want/ need.⋅⊱I cannot issue a refund unless you have been waiting 2 months for a commission. If you meet this criteria I'll refund you depending on how much I have finished/ you have paid.

designs

⊹˙⋆ You CANNOT add a TOS of any kind, in anyway to my designs.
If a Blacklisted individual gifts, sells, or trades my designs they aren't allowed to put a tos on them/ retrieve them again.⊹˙⋆ Do not delete my designs from TH, if they are not properly credited they may be reuploaded/stolen.⊹˙⋆ Some of my older designs aren't properly credited to my main TH account, or have been reposted by blacklisted users. If you see a design credited to Smol-Sprout, Choco-cupcake-sweeti, ittymeadow, my-little-universe, lost-forest-fawn, Nymphvi, FairyyFleur, Elfaelyn, Miniitaiyo and/or MaidenDearest they are by me and still follow my terms.⊹˙⋆ You CANNOT for any reason hold design for Backlisted user. If you do you will be blocked and blacklisted.⊹˙⋆ Please DO NOT copy/get "inspired"/heavily reference/steal my oc's/Deigns.⊹˙⋆ Please do not alter/change any of my designs to the point where it is unrecognizable or made too imitate another design someone has made or owns. If you do you'll be blocked and blacklisted.⊹˙⋆ Your not allowed to upsell/trade a design I made for more then what is put into them/you got for them.⊹˙⋆ All designs must stay one character. You may not make “siblings”/”twin” characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet.⊹˙⋆ You MUST tell me before co-owning my designs, or making new TH profiles. Telling me who the main owner is to avoid confusion in the future/ Avoid blacklisted people obtaining my designs.

They are all aware they are on here, I or someone told them long ago.⊹˙⋆ This is a list made for individuals who have gone against my ToS or done something that makes it important to blacklist them from accessing my designs, art or services. In other words if I don't wish to work with anyone, due to actions/ being disrespectful, I have the right to blacklist you. {same goes to you, just warn me so I know to not ask/obtain your designs please and thanks~}⊹˙⋆ This blacklist is made to be acknowledged by anyone purchasing my art/designs. Do not sell my designs to these individuals. Do not commission me for anything meant to be for these individuals. If they gift, sell, trade, ect. my designs they aren't allowed to put a tos on them/ retrieve them again. Co-owning/sharing my designs with these individuals will end in you being contacted/potentially blacklisted.
